Green Spring Goddess

Place 1 avocado, 1 cup mixed green herbs (parsley, mint, coriander and basil), 1/2 cup low sodium sour cream, juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil and 1 garlic clove in a blender and blend. Add 1/4 cup water and season with pepper. Blend until smooth.
