De-stress? Try Tai Chi Pouring....

Want a way to de-stress? Tai Chi may have the answer...

Tai Chi Pouring exercise

Start by keeping your feet flat on the floor, parallel and shoulder-width apart, slowly "pour" your weight to your right side - allowing it to become "full" and the left side of your body "empty" or on holiday. Hold for a few seconds.

Pour weight back to the centre of your body. Then gently pour weight to the left side of your body.

Continue "pouring" from side to side, breathing naturally, for two to three minutes.

Tai Chi de-stress pouring may be done anywhere, even standing in line while waiting. Absolutely anywhere! Try it, it's simple.
